The Opinion Former Network

The ei Club is a unique virtual network designed for opinion formers across politics and government, the public and private sectors, media, academia, culture, technology and public life.

The Club brings smart people together to promote current thinking, stimulating ideas and good networking.  Membership is a must-have for those who want to engage more effectively with key individuals as an easy and cost effective way to develop both personal and professional contacts.

We host an extensive range of Club events on a variety of pressing social and political topics with a broad spectrum of inspiring speakers – politicians, academics, sector specialists, public figures and of course, commentators – with bespoke invited audiences.

Members are entitled access to over twenty London based opinion former events each year and to receive the ei Digest – a daily capsule summary of the comment media in print and online sent direct to your inbox by 9am, providing just the right amount of daily information.

The opinion former events programme provides a mixture of networking and thought leadership and is comprised of:

Opinion Former Panels - discussions on current affairs issues in association with media and corporate partners such as the FT, Edelman, Newsweek and Sky News with topics ranging from the media’s obsession with celebrity to the bonus culture and the MPs expenses scandal to the decline of the 4th estate.

‘Thought for the Day’ networks - less formal with each session including a couple of invited guest speakers giving us their un-scripted but stimulating ‘thought for the day’ which leads to group discussion.  They are designed to inform and gather key opinion formers in a relaxed setting.
